Shine Pro Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Dili. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and executing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our guests.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available for events.,Manage the banquet hall, including setting up and cleaning up after events.,Greet and assist guests, providing excellent customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet hall at all times.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.,Work with the event planning team to ensure all events are well-organized and executed.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Knowledge of local customs and traditions is a benefit.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
