In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure our cinema runs smoothly and efficiently. You will greet and assist guests, handle ticket sales and refunds, manage concession stands, and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our cinema. You will also be responsible for stocking and managing our inventory, ensuring that we always have the supplies we need to provide the best possible experience for our guests. Additionally, you will be expected to assist with any special events or promotions that may be taking place at the cinema.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Handle ticket sales and refunds using our in-house ticketing system.
• Manage concession stands, including stocking and selling snacks and beverages.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the cinema, including restrooms and common areas.
• Stock and manage inventory to ensure we always have the supplies we need.
• Assist with any special events or promotions that may be taking place at the cinema.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth cinema operations.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all guests and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with basic office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Must be available to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
