📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting, to maintain a pristine cafe environment.
• Clean and sanitize coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools, using industry-standard cleaning products.
• Organize and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Assist in deep cleaning tasks such as restocking supplies, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement and maintain cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure that all cleaning areas are left in a clean and organized state, ready for the next shift.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cleaning or hospitality role, preferably in a coffee shop or similar environment.
• Familiarity with cleaning and sanitizing coffee equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical condition to handle cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is beneficial.
