📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive student development strategies to enhance the holistic growth of students.
• Design and update academic curricula to align with industry standards and educational best practices.
• Create and manage innovative academic programs that foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with students, parents, and faculty to ensure a supportive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and performance, providing regular feedback and guidance to support academic success.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and deliver high-quality educational experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in education, and implement best practices to enhance the learning experience.
• Represent the institution in various educational forums and events to promote academic excellence and student success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in student affairs, curriculum development, or a similar role in educational institutions.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing student development programs and academic curricula.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students, faculty, and staff.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Moodle, Google Classroom, or similar platforms.
• Certification in educational leadership or curriculum development is a plus.
