HSE Officer (Health, Safety & Environment) - Construction Projects

Multi Prima Works is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer (Health, Safety & Environment) to join our team in Sumatera Utara. In this critical role, you will ensure the highest standards of workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance across our construction projects. As part of our commitment to delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and enforcing HSE policies and procedures.

Every day, you'll work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to identify and mitigate potential hazards, conduct safety inspections, and provide training to our workforce. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you'll contribute to reducing accident rates and environmental impact while fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with national and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, OSHAS 18001)
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments on construction sites
• Provide training and workshops on safety, health, and environmental best practices
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to maintain high HSE standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management in the construction industry
• Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (e.g., OSHAS 18001)
• Proficiency in using HSE management software (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Project, or similar)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
