QUARK Sejahtera is seeking a Lead Learning Development to join our team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of these programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and develop.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs by working closely with various departments.,Design and deliver training programs, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure the success of learning and development initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Monitor and report on the progress of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Strong background in instructional design and e-learning development.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Passion for helping others grow and develop.
