📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update leasing agreements and documentation
• Coordinate with tenants and landlords to ensure compliance with lease terms
• Process and verify rental payments and maintain financial records
• Handle maintenance requests and coordinate with service providers
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of new tenants
• Ensure all leasing documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and landlords
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing administration or related roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with real estate software and systems
