📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all pharmaceutical activities within the dental care facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage medication inventory, including ordering, receiving, and dispensing of pharmaceuticals.
• Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to dentists and healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
• Conduct patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and adherence.
• Collaborate with the in-house pharmacist to ensure seamless integration of pharmaceutical services with dental treatments.
• Ensure the pharmacy department operates efficiently and effectively, adhering to best practices and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in pharmaceutical care, implementing new practices as necessary.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the pharmacy team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting, preferably in a dental care environment.
• Certification as a Pharmacist (Apoteker) from the Komisi Lisensi Tenaga Kesehatan (KLTK).
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to counsel patients effectively.
• Proficient in using pharmacy management software such as Medisys, Apotek Online, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
