📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in securing new business by providing accurate and timely information about our sea freight services.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Maintain and update client records, including contact information, shipping history, and account details.,Assist in the preparation of quotes, contracts, and other shipping documents.,Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure that shipments are processed efficiently and on time.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our sea freight services.,Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with shipping software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
