📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries,Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate records,Handle mail and packages, including sorting and distributing them,Maintain a clean and organized reception area,Assist with event coordination and setup,Provide information about the company and its services,Handle any emergency situations with calm and professional demeanor

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Fluent in English and Indonesian,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
