📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and conduct aquatic therapy sessions using professional software like AquaTherapy Pro and AquaTrack.
• Monitor client progress and document treatment outcomes using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during aquatic therapy sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in aquatic therapy through continuous professional development.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of our aquatic therapy facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and their families.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aquatic therapy.
• Certification as an Aquatic Therapist from a recognized organization, such as the American Aquatic Therapy Association (AATA).
• Proficiency in using aquatic therapy software and EHR systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid first aid and CPR certification.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
