Rumah Sakit Wati Butik is seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our team in Pematangsiantar. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our facility, ensuring that we provide the highest quality of care to our patients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and community stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and participate in hospital committees and task forces as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and mentor staff.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with healthcare software and technology is a plus.
