📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily cash transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Handle cash and card payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.,Support the cashier in managing inventory and supplies.,Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.,Assist in preparing and submitting monthly financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with using cash register and point-of-sale systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
