📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bill of Ladings.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and local customs laws.
• Monitor and manage import/export duties, taxes, and other related fees.
• Assist in resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the shipping process.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions and customs clearance processes.
• Provide training and support to the sales and logistics teams on trade compliance matters.
• Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and customs policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export/import and customs clearance, preferably in the textile industry.
• Proficient in using trade compliance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, including HS codes, Incoterms, and trade agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• Valid customs broker license or equivalent certification is preferred.
