Oversee the daily operations of a specific section in the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.,Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure the section is well-stocked and organized, with a focus on product presentation and customer experience.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the section's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail environment.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
