📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist the head cook in all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and cooking.
• Monitor food quality and safety, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and storing ingredients.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-food or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including grills, stoves, and ovens.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
