As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for managing our coffee shop operations, ensuring high-quality coffee and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise barista team members to ensure efficient and effective coffee shop operations.,Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance.,Train and develop new barista team members on coffee preparation techniques and customer service skills.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, supplies, and equipment as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the coffee shop.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in coffee shop promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid ID and clean driving record (if applicable).,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

Coffee brewing techniques (e.g.espressodrippour-over).Milk frothing and latte art skills.Basic knowledge of coffee beans and their flavors.Team leadership and management skills.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Time management and organizational skills.Attention to detail and quality control.Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
