Sun City Pratama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier Clinic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations at our clinic, ensuring accurate and efficient financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily cashiering operations at the clinic.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient payments and insurance claims.,Maintain and update financial records and reports.,Handle cash deposits and reconcile bank statements.,Train and mentor junior cashiers and staff.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Resolve any financial discrepancies or issues that arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using financial software and accounting systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in managing a team is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and healthcare policies is a plus.
