Warung Fitri Electronics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of tax consultants.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of tax consultants, providing training and development opportunities.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Conduct tax planning and strategy sessions with clients, identifying opportunities to minimize tax liabilities.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for updates to our tax policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Attend industry conferences and networking events to stay current with trends and best practices.,Prepare and present tax reports and analyses to senior management and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with the last 3 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CTT, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.
