📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food items according to the restaurant's standards and customer requirements.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.,Work with the kitchen manager to ensure that all dishes are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.,Assist with inventory management and ordering.,Keep accurate records of food and ingredient usage.,Participate in training and development opportunities.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.,Food safety and sanitation certification (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP).,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
