📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on office equipment, including computers, printers, and other electronic devices.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by staff members.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they cause downtime.,Maintain inventory of spare parts and order replacements as necessary.,Provide technical support to staff members, including training and guidance on equipment use.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that equipment needs are met.,Document all maintenance activities and keep records of equipment performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with common office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and copiers.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
