📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic distribution plans to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
• Oversee the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers and managing inventory levels.
• Manage and coordinate with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on the performance of the distribution network.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the distribution process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales distribution management, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing distribution networks.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and experience with logistics management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
