📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.,Monitor and maintain a clean and safe patient environment, following infection control protocols.,Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.,Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and admissions/discharges as needed.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and professional certification (e.g., SIP, STR).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of nursing.
