Apotek Yoga Health Center is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Pluit branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the Pluit branch, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and work with the team to achieve targets.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.,Manage budgets and financial reporting for the branch.,Conduct regular audits to ensure quality control and operational efficiency.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or pharmacy management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
