Optima Digital is looking for a motivated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and a passion for driving operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards are met.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, managing and resolving any issues that arise.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
