🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations, with a focus on employee engagement and development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
