📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit for candidates.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets and deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
