📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and chef's instructions.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen inventory and ordering.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work efficiently under pressure.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Valid food handler's license is required.
