📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 billing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and team morale.
• Oversee the entire billing process, including customer invoicing, payment collection, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and finance, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement and monitor billing software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Analyze billing data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for process improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for financial decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in billing operations, financial management, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and billing standards.
• Proficiency in billing software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
