• Monitor and report on energy performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with international energy standards and regulations.
• Foster a culture of sustainability and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Leverage advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, and data analytics to optimize energy performance.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to share best practices and insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in energy management, sustainability, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading energy efficiency projects and driving operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of international energy standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in using energy management software such as SAP Energy Management, Oracle Utilities, or similar.
• Certifications in energy management, sustainability, or a related field are a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
