Accounting Operation Staff

As an Accounting Operation Staff at PT Tri Anugerah Jaya, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including data entry, bank reconciliation, and preparing financial statements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform accurate and timely data entry for financial transactions using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.
• Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting operations, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
