🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data encoding and IT support
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database management systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills

- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
