📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute event concepts that align with brand objectives and client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
• Create and distribute event marketing materials, including invitations, promotional content, and social media campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for event innovation.
• Provide post-event reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event marketing.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event planning or marketing.
• Proficient in event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or Bizzabo.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for event marketing.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
