📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute daily lessons and activities that align with the Montessori curriculum.
• Observe and document children's progress and development.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Montessori Teacher Certification (MTC) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Montessori preschool setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Montessori curriculum and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
