📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the strategic planning and execution of facility maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of facility managers and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain facilities management software such as SAP Facilities Management and IBM Maximo to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop and enforce sustainability initiatives, including energy conservation, waste management, and water conservation programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of facility operations with other departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering.
• Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and develop and implement training programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing facility operations in a high-profile hospitality environment.
• Certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM, CHMM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management software such as SAP Facilities Management and IBM Maximo.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
