📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of OSP engineers, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Design and implement OSP engineering solutions using industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS software.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of telecom infrastructure, including fiber optics, microwave, and copper networks.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to identify optimal locations for network equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of OSP solutions with overall network architecture.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specs, as-built drawings, and maintenance manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in OSP engineering.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in OSP engineering, with a strong focus on telecom infrastructure.
• Certifications in relevant OSP engineering standards, such as ANSI T1.523 or ITU-T recommendations.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of engineers.
• Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Familiarity with telecom equipment and technologies, including fiber optics, microwave, and copper systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards specific to Indonesia's telecom industry.
